2. Booking and Payments

All financial transactions, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and final booking contracts are subject strictly to the terms, conditions, and payment protocols of the specific operator executing your safari itinerary. I Love Safaris does not directly collect or process guest payments for travel bookings.

3. Liability Disclaimer

While we partner exclusively with top-tier, licensed ground operators, I Love Safaris acts solely as an independent design consultant. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or itinerary alterations caused by the ground operators, airlines, weather conditions, or unexpected regional disruptions. We highly recommend that all clients secure comprehensive international luxury travel insurance prior to departure.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom editorial content, brand assets, and proprietary layout designs featured on www.ilovesafaris.com are the intellectual property of I Love Safaris and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.
